So? Have you never been in a situation like this before either in a job or other situation? It is life, suck it up. Or move to another club.

If your kid is good and competitive, then you really should consider finding an A tram at another club. You will never break out at this point. Been there and done that and it was a great move for my kid. She gained a ton of confidence with a change of scenery and coach who appreciated her more. I am sure it will suck leaving friends but those ecrl teams are just not worth it IMHO.

They can’t address that now since there also a Daddy DOC elephant. So just zip it with the daddy stuff....simply put if it bothers you then find another team.

TO be fair, there are not just posts about the old DOC being removed -but also RF and BB. Two out of three are gone. Given BB's Teamsnap email asking for questions, it seems he will be as involved as ever. So the need to post on here remains.

Agree with all of this. BUT at this point we all know BB is the VP of bucks and as such will continue to have an influence on the team. It is what it is, and as missy says if you don’t like it find another club. Sorry to say but it’s the truth.

Quality Video of games - NO we have a dad that uses his iPad and at the same time is on his phone so misses part of the game on video

Parent that doesn't influence the coach - NO still influencing

Scholarship offers to Villanova - NO check out the roster most are from out of state

Quality turf fields to train and play games on - NO and it doesn't look like the turf at South is ever going to happen

ID Clinics for players who may want to play in college to get the experience - NO
