That is hitting the nail on the head! There can be no other explanation for the fact that he hasn’t been in contact with his team at all! What kind of coach was he?

A great coach and will be missed. What do you have against the coaching staff that did a great job with this team?

I still will. Most still will that I know. I’m cool either way it goes. They stay or go, most don’t care and will support the team and club either way.

What does your daughter feel? Will these girls be upset to know he’s fired?

The girls liked him and BB a lot. We don't know he is fired; you don't either. We'll see come May.

If this team is getting a new coach the girls and the parents should be told right away. Its the right thing to do.

It seems odd that there is no communication from him or that dad so I’m thinking that’s your answer. Good luck either way.

Under no objective measure could anyone claim that the "coaching staff did a great job with this team"

Quite the opposite - the coaching staff (really just a checked out RF and a dad) took a top team and made them worse

It is very strange that there has been ZERO communication - not only nothing from RF, but nothing from BB either. Even rec teams at CRUSA at younger ages are having zoom calls with their coaches. RF has to have been fired. It is the only explanation.

If you believe CM's emails, he has had Zoom calls with all coaches. We all know there is no way in hell that RF participated in such a Zoom call, so maybe he got the boot - well deserved boot. Lets just hope this is the last time RF gets fired by FC Bucks - it is crazy that he can be fired multiple times and each time come back only to do the same things over and over.

Its almost as if the people who day in and day out defended RF, now know he is going to be, or was already fired, and are now saving face by remaining silent, or by saying they are now fine with a new coach.

RF has demonstrated with his silence during this entire shutdown- that he does not care about his team and he never has, he was always in it for the paycheck - and that is a bitter pill to swallow for those who constantly defended him. Their silence speaks volumes- their lying, denying and defending have been exposed for all to see. Sad, bigly.
