That is a good question, why does Stars Blue hate White so much?

Honestly as a parent who's had daughters on both white/blue, most really don't. While arrogant blue parents/kids definitely exist and there are white parents/players with chips on their shoulders, I've found that most blue players are generally nice and respectful to white players: and vice versa.
