Chauvin - Here We Go Again

Personally, he's 100% guilty and know he will eventually pay for his crime. I have no doubt about that.

But, we cannot go down the road of starting to eliminate due process. Either by suggestions to just do away with the trial "when we have video evidence"; or pushing for "the right verdict"; or for pushing to get "more confrontational" should the legal verdict not go the way you'd like. All of that goes against the basic tenant of what this country is built on.

Now, we have a jurist who shouldn't have been in that seat. He's no better than if you had BillyJoe from Swampass, AL in the pool.

Note from noted Liberal scholar Alan Dershowitz (who the angry leftist mob can't stand because he doesn't fall in line):

"This was not a juror. This was an advocate. If it had not been an anonymous jury it probably would have been disclosed that a juror who had a point of view before he heard a single bit of evidence. When you combine that with the threats of the jurors. Why do you think this juror came out now and publicized himself? Because he voted to convict. If he dared to vote to acquit he would never have disclosed himself because he knows he would be attacked. That is not the way the jury system should operate in America."

Looks like we're going to have more of these "peaceful protests" coming soon.
