So con I’ll assume you are competent with arithmetic

These figures say that 31% of viewers approved who did not identify as Democrats. That’s out of 46% of viewers who are not democrats.

So even if 100% of Democrats approved, 67% of the non-Democrats (independents and GOP) watching approved

I will more than take 67%!
