Anyone know anything about NYCSL - what league does it compare to in NJ ?

depends on the division, the North Atlantic III and WCH-HV D1 are decent to good at the younger ages and get weaker once you get above U13. The WCH-HV DII division is basically recreation level - really bad soccer. I happen to see a U15 WCH-HV D1 game going on while my son's team was practicing in the same area (diff club) and the game looked like a bad modified middle school game, really bad. but I guess there's a league for all teams, I would just hate to see folks driving 50 minutes to play like that - just do a pick up game and call it a day.
