    The Hab in Uxbridge

The Hab is closing May 22. Which indoor facility will be next?

Good question but with less places to play, it sucks for the consumer.

The Hab is dark and depressing. Good riddance.

Hopefully every Teamworks. They are just as dark and depressing as the Hab. Clearly the architects didn’t research “happy” or “bright” when building these “youth” “sports” complexes. Hopefully the next builder is smarter and way more innovative.

Most of these indoor complexes were not purpose built to be indoor sports facilities originally, ForeKicks being the obvious exception to that.

And TeamWorks will at least look into purchasing the Hab and reopening it as another location.

Teamworks is not going anywhere. Stars does too much business with them plus they get more youth and adult teams than Forekicks does. I do agree though that it is dingy.

Teamworks needs to take down the walls! It’s like 80’s soccer. They are going to end up with a lawsuit from the concussions. I know teams who won’t play soccer there due to those dangerous walls.

With the amount of business they do, no need to take them down. They get more youth and adult teams than any other facility in the state.

It’s a litigious time in our society. The walls are no good. Teamwork’s should protect their franchise and remove the walls to prevent lawsuits.

Until business stops dwindling, they are not getting rid of the walls. Forekicks in Marlboro should have put them out of business years ago. Teamworks still gets way more teams for their leagues than Forekicks does.

Clubs with $$$ should start putting in their own indoor facilities like in Weymouth
