not the poster and yes some years are just weaker years in terms of talent, but they've had several years to try and recruit some better players and not much has changed

The group from last year has fared pretty well in their first year in college. I guess all the talk was backed up.

Don't get too judgy with a freshman class, let alone in a weird Covid world this year. After sophomore year is a better time for an autopsy. Overall "most" CFC players have solid college careers. No club hits it out of the park every time with placements because ultimately players and families make their choices, not the club (some do not take club advice to heart and overshoot). Some clubs do even worse

But it isn't a death sentence either and many still have good year careers. If during sophomore year you're not getting much, yeah you're in serious trouble. The issue with this class will be 5th years who will likely plenty of PT over a new frosh.

bama had 6 kids go in the first round of the NFL draft last night- they didnt get tons of time as frosh or sophs- all had great careers and waited their turn- and made the most of it when they got their chance- Tom Brady wasnt a starter until 6 games into his senior year at Michigan
