Why would Juventus surrender their tournament to Bolts? Juventus tournament will have some stacked brackets
They haven't. The people across at Bolts are trying to circulate rumors that will allow them to try and get the contract pulled and given to them. Same kind of underhanded tactics they used on NEFC. They have over 500 teams "accepted" to their event and do not have enough fields. They're desperate.

If the bolts do these things, why are 500+ teams registered for their tournament? Do you know anyone that is registered for the Juventus tournament?

I know teams registered for the Juventus tournament and also teams that were turned away because it was full.

Why would a lot of teams register for a tournament run by a club with a spotty reputation? Because it's been a complete garbage situation for more than a year now and people just want to see their kids out there playing. Parents of older kids are freaking out because their carefully laid out pathway to college is being disrupted. Parents of younger kids are freaking out because their development is being stunted and their pathway to college is being disrupted. Parents of kids that just play to have fun and have no college playing aspirations are freaking out because all the town level tournaments are cancelled so their kids can't just go out and play a fun tournament with their friends.

any port in a storm as they say....

I am not a Bolts player/parent/coach, don't know much about them, so let's get that out of the way. However, if Juventus tournament is full as you say, why would they not post the registered teams like the other 4 tournaments listed by the OP? I do not agree with your statement that, parents just want their kids to play. Look at the 500 plus teams. They are 95% club teams. Not many top teams from these clubs, but mostly clubs with paid coaches. Why would these clubs jump into this tournament if Bolts are so "spotty"? There looks to be about 10 tournaments in New England on that weekend. So again, why so many at the Bolts tournament?

Forgot to add... The parents have nothing to do with the tournament selection, it is the clubs deciding where to go

Lastly, what clubs do you know that are registered?

80% of the teams attending have no choice. Their ‘club owner’ has entered into an ‘agreement’ to support only a select few, regardless of the competition. They all scratch each others back and fill each others bank account. It really is that easy.

Just go watch your kid play soccer wherever your club sends them. All this teeth grinding, handwringing and posturing is wasted energy.

Bolts/Select Last November had Weymouth pull NEFC's permits for their November younger kids weekend. NEFC and Select had games scheduled for the same time. NEFC reserved the fields first on the calendar and the Bolts/Select people basically had Weymouth Rec tell them to find a new place to have the games the Tuesday before the Friday games were supposed to happen on.

If that is true it’s pretty funny.

Nefc gave up the fields because they did not have enough teams to fill that facility for the weekend. They did not want to give up Friday night though. They were told that if Friday was not part of the rental then they didn’t need the fields for the weekend. Weymouth had to choose to rent to one group for three days or NEFC for one day. Seems like a pretty simple decision.

The fact you actually wrote this as if anyone other than you believes it. NEFC had games scheduled at all the facilities, they didn’t give up the facility. My word
