Not the op but historically BOLTS have the better track record. Too early yet for this class to determine the "winner "

Probably for 2 reasons. That looks like an old list. Also there are 6 Bolts players on that list.

Not bad having 28 Div. 1 commits so far.

Meanwhile, if it were only 28 on the girls side, it would be considered a complete disaster.

Girl's soccer is tragically slow an unathletic. The bar is quite low and there are 135 more women's D1 teams than men's teams.

                    It's math girl dad.

% of US Boys HS Soccer Players Competing at NCAA I Schools: 0.8%

% of US Girls HS Soccer Players Competing at NCAA I Schools: 2.1%

Girls are 2.6x more likely to make a D1 team than boys.

That means MA should have 72+ girls D1 commits right now.

MA has only 42 girls D1 commits.

Maybe MA girl's soccer is a complete disaster.

And men’s programs fill their rosters with international players, not US kids. Guess those MA boys aren’t quite fast and athletic enough.

Wouldn't that mean these players are actually fast and athletic enough since they made the rosters?

Look at the math up top 2.6xDad.

Not all offers are publicly available. How do you get 72? Some states have a lot of talent, others don't. You can't just straightline it.

Making a roster is one thing, playing meaningful minutes often a very different story. Prospects need to study the backgrounds of the players who play the most. Watch games and frankly assess your fit.

<1500 players per graduating class are chosen to join D1 soccer teams each year.

Let that sink in before you come up with some stupid comment. That’s the athletic equivalent of scoring a 1600 on the SAT.

Wouldn’t that hold true for boys as well?
