Sad but the same thing happens in ECNL too. At least you get 2 game weekends on that side not just one.

The problem with scheduling still persists unfortunately. One game trips to MD and VA coming up on the schedule. So it’s still an issue. But you have to adjust as GAL works out the kinks not much one can do.

Where do you see that, no way they only have one game trips to VA, MD. That would be assenine.

Sad but the same thing happens in ECNL too. At least you get 2 game weekends on that side not just one.

Plenty of trips to MD for just one game in the ECNL over the years. And MA, and CT

Ridiculous to travel down to VA one weekend and MD another - the amount of travel the GA is having families do sucks. They try to "bill" it that you don't loose an entire weekend and only loose one day of the weekend STUPID would rather travel for 2 games in a weekend than to have to travel 2 weekends in a row to the same general area

What would be better is if they would just allow 2 games in a day. Then 3 teams could show up to 1 location and get 2 games out of the way. Or play like the old NL and have a tournament style and get 3 or 4 games done in a weekend.

A training session probably has more 3-4x as many touches on a ball as a game. Games are good, but probably overrated by people who don’t care about development.

If your club has a 3:1 training ratio or 4:1 training you are lucky.

Agree the GA is a joke, very poorly managed and the clubs do crap like having families travel 5 hours for one game and then next weekend same thing instead of mandating 2 games per travel weekend.

Want to know who the best in the state is? Just wait till you see the results of tomorrow's quarter-final state Cup game. Once again MF Shore will show all the haters who the best in the state is. Alot of kids will be crying themselves to sleep tomorrow night after we teach them a lesson in humiliation. Prediction for the state Cup finals? MF Shore win over PDA Shore. Or as we call it, battle of the shore!
