There are no commits. There might be a few older kids that are going to attend college, but not to play soccer and they were certainly not recruited.
All the legit clubs list their commitments, as it's part of the basic marketing of the club. The fact that Juve doesn't tells you pretty much all you need to know...
Some clubs might have a couple, but in many ways that looks worse than not posting at all. Leads people to wonder what about the other 15 on the roster. But if you have a decent number, close to half or so? Heck yes you should publish it. Certainly some HS players may not anticipate to play in college, they just want to play some decent soccer. But you can show other players that don't want. ECNL or MLS or can't make a team that there are other ways to get on a college roster (even if generally lower level programs) ECNL and MLS aren't the ONLY way and a few other clubs can help you get there.

Juventus has 31 male commits and 11 female commits.
