I think Stars should take over NEP. Well organized club with best reputation and teams in the NE. However why would they want to? The focus for Stars is ECNL and getting ECNL players committed.

Stars signed up for Impact NPL so they are tied to the NEP cartel for a year as they fielded Impact NPL teams.

Stars signed up for Impact NPL so they are tied to the NEP cartel for a year as they fielded Impact NPL teams.

Just a heads up Stars is only putting a few lower teams in Impact. The whole thing was so political and certain regions were included in impact others not allowed due to other insecure clubs wanting to keep out some of the stars better teams. Anyway if anything stars will let a few teams play in impact to play nice but they won’t leave NEP NPL.

Agreed NPL will essentially be last years championship teams practically with so few clubs. What stars regions were excluded?
