Language issues and lack of education are probably making that figure worse; vaccination rates among US Hispanics are improving due to concerted efforts to get more information out there in their native language and at the local level.

Let’s be reasonable and model better behavior, regardless of how richly some cons deserve worse.

Unvaccinated boats should be fine so long as they maintain a social distance of at least six boat lengths. They should also identify themselves son that they may be treated like protestors were at Trump rallies. It is, after all, Joe’s boat parade and Joe is pro-vax.

9/20000 = 0.00045 or .045% (.045% chance of death if you get the virus).
