What Is Your Club Doing Tomorrow?

To put it simpler, ECNL is the platform and the club is the vehicle. It’s up to each individual player to “drive their own individual bus”. A player getting recruited or identified at a camp/clinic/showcase/tournaments etc. is on the individual player. Yes, wearing the PDA kit gives the player the platform to be judged in front of a hundred or more college coaches per game but the player must showcase their talent. That’s right, that many coaches from every college has come to see PDA and/or their opponents. Also, Going to these events of having college coaches attending PDA league matches gives these players ample opportunity to impress. The point being haters are going to hate but what I just described just happened in this supposed down year that the haters keep talking about on all these posts.

You have missed the point. PDA has the talent- however they do not provide what they should to their players.
-Lack of strategic practice
-CANCELLED practices with no make ups
-no consistent pre or post game discussion
-Very few games offered 1/2 that of other clubs- fear to lose to “less than” teams
-bloated rosters
-side paid training by internal coaches to get moved up or more play

It’s not about the kids - it’s what the club does not offer that is the issue. Please share another club in NJ at this level that does this.

Very true. Possibly because even the clubs that are trashed on here don't do this. NO club does this - because it's not right. But yet no one says anything. If this was happening in school, you would talk to the teacher, principal. Why is everyone so scared of a kids soccer club? It is super weird when you actually think about it.
