☝️ Jeeze what he said. This totally makes sense because the comments are out of left field. Only the folks that benefit would start a thread with such a dumb ass title. 1% at it again with no regard for the other 99% of parents that keep you afloat. Losers.

What about shady people running youth sports organizations only out to make money and not to help develop kids?

What about board members that don’t know anything about the sport but get involved to give their kid an opportunity to be on a team they don’t deserve to be on?

Nothing has changed it’s just polarized. A lot of bad organizations, a lot of bad “volunteers”, a lot of bad parents.

Truth is parents HATE competition for their kids and seeing them fail.

It is a microcosm of society. For example, the average American is unwilling to admit that the self-made billionaire is smarter, more inventive, more ambitious, more driven, harder working, etc. etc. that he is and deserves everything he has earned. Instead the average American just makes excuses -- it is luck, the other guy was just at the right place at the right time, etc., etc. It is no surprise that he makes similar excuses for his kids and teaches his kids to make excuses.

            +1. Source of the problems:

            Shady people in boards
            Bad volunteers
Out to make money and not develop a program for the kids

Bulldozer parents get results, unfortunately. They don't care about ruining the experience for everyone else as long as their kid gets all of the attention, plays the most, gets the nominations, etc.

Looking at EM trying to build a team around 2 girls. That's led to their team managing to retain 4 players out of 20 from last year's roster for the highest level team. Parents are waking up and coaches will be getting fired.

"your best? losers complain about their best, winners go home and fk the prom queen"

Name the two actors in the scene?:

This is so true. Coaches scared to stand up for themselves.
