Yeah! It's not over. We gotta remember that those stinky Germans bombed Pearl Harbor. Nothing is over! Oh wait....that's from the movie, "Animal House". Never mind. Go on...
My country...right or wrong. Drop some more nukes of those sneaky Japs. You never know when they will attack again. Also, start rounding them up again and put them in the concentration...err re-education camps to teach them how to be a loyal Americans!

Japan paid for what they did at Pearl Harbor 30x when we bombed Hiroshima. Let's call it even and acknowledge that Tokyo is safer than New York today....

They didn’t pay for the damage they caused did they? So please don’t equate that with “paid for”

              You don’t have a clue.

                    Dear very stupid person,

You obviously are so afflicted by tunnel vision that you evaluate the Japanese role in WWII as Pearl Harbor vs atomic bombs?

A lot more was going on than that. Why don’t you ask old people in current day Korea, Indochina, India etc what happened when the Japanese invaded their countries? Your glib answer doesn’t account for any of that does it.

Once an ignorant moron, always an ignorant moron I guess

Dude, I'm Chinese...I know damn well what Japan did to other countries, like the Nanjing massacres. But the comparison being made was Tokyo and New York, and the comment I was responding to was about the US and Pearl Harbor. So what Japan did to Korea, Indochina, India etc has absolutely zero to do with the payback between the US and Japan.

nothing compared with what these countries did to their own people before and after the war
Asai has always been a violent place no different than any other area on earth-Europeans have been killing each other for centuries- were the Japanese any better or worse than the Germans

Nyc topped last years shootings total for the full year yesterday. Deblasio response......crickets other then disbanding the police unit responsible for taking guns off the street. Seems logical

No big deal It’s just a few more Drug dealers off the street, every Summer we have a rise in shootings as the heat and humidity tends to get people tensed up. Anyways you’ll see the drop off come September and by November the month will go back to the lows of 2019.
NYC has done well On crime Over the past 6-8 years, actually more than well, it’s been exceptionally low crime unfortunately the COVID hit the city really hard but NYC people are strong and don’t get paranoid like most so this year will be a wash for stats as the boneheads run from the city just like 911, and just like the ones who ran from the Stock market when this thing broke out.

Puzzzzys always run thats why they’re called Puzzzzzys.

And Paranoid degenerates will always be Paranoid that’s why they’re called Paranoid Degenerates.

True very True....and to that and why is it Tokyo’s murder rate is higher than NYC?
We do know the Pandemic caused the spike for NYC but can anyone explain Tokyo’s reasoning in 2019?
