Only Jax and TBU sent a girls team to ECNL Finals this year?
I know every year tbu and jax combine has roughly 80 recruit able players. When it all said and done 4 to 5 players commit to college for less then a 10k scholarship. Can someone shed a little light on the situation. Please back up your post with verifiable information.

Your statement and question are not factual. How can any can any single club have 40 "recruit able players" in a single year? If you are referring to that club's U18/19 age group, are you saying that their entire roster of their "A" and their "B" team should advance to college? Not realistic, even for those high flying teams from California.
I'm less familiar with Jax and more familiar with TBU. TBU has averaged about 20 college commits a year for the last 5 years. That is verifiable on their web site. The amount of the scholarship is private and not verifiable but anecdotally I have heard of examples that range from 1/4 scholarship (roughly $8K) to full rides (the total cost of attendance is covered: tuition, books, fees, room and meals). The average is somewhere in the middle.
And congratulations to Jax and TBU sending teams to ECNL Nationals! This age group is in it's prime recruiting period so good luck to all the girls!

Well said however this thread is labeled 2006 girls and neither team that made it through is that age group. Many good 06 teams in Florida but not one dominant outside the state. Let’s hope that will change in 21-22.

U17 and U18 combine is at least 36 people. I am sure jfc has the same amount of players between u17 and u18. Like I said damm near 80 players. We will not include the boys. Tbu will post all Commitment. A person may commit to college and was not recruited. Tbu will post that too. What your point?
