ECRL is not all that much better than GAL. But both are over inflated leagues. EDP USYS teams are better than most GA or even ECRL teams. Just check GotSoccer for game results if you don’t believe it.

PDA ECRL is a joke. PDA has 7 teams in each age group.
ECRL is just a league they control and collect truck loads of money from.

Sorry GAL dad PDA Shore ECRL 05, 04 etc would beat any GAL team in NJ at those age groups.

ECRL is not the #2 league, not in this area not anywhere. With that, for promotion from ECRL a club would have to do exceptional vs ECRL as a whole, so no this team dominates but this one sucks garbage. The club would also have to be a club that does not have an ECNL team, hence why Shore aka PDA Blue RL doesn't have a shot. Right now there is no relegation, there should be as it would give clubs more incentive to be better but you would also need to bring in fresh clubs to RL to compete.

GAL is slightly better than ECRL but sorry to say on actual results it’s worse than USYS. Township teams are regularly beating GA clubs. Nuff said.
