How long has boys ECNL existed? Does the DA still even exist? Seems like case open, moron.

Are there ECNL teams in the country that can beat MLS Next sides,of course but overall the better league for boys is MLS Next.

If you are not OC or IM, you are no better than ECNL. My opinion after watching both sides is MLS next teams tend to play very boring soccer. They are physical yet lack talent and creativity. They play the same teams over and over again and it does not nothing for their development.

The US team beat a Mexican team that was suppose to win easily and they didn't.

First, that's not true. You can say whatever the heck you want on here, I get that, but if you want to make a valid argument, then show us your comparison you obviously did of publicly available information on FL MLS Next D1 Commits vs. Boys ECNL Commits.
Second, given Covid last year and the fact that MLS Next is brand new, lets see what the numbers look like in 3 years. If you are with an actual MLS affiliate, they bravo. You will get great looks. You are on the best path this country provides for getting to the next level. If you are not, then you are their scrimmage partners. The old DA is dead.

"scrimmage partners"...smh. Better to "scrimmage" IM or AU and get the experience/exposure playing against top talent....or you could just be like the FP 2007 team and beat all your local ENCL comp 10-0...great for development. Lots of very talented players whose families just can't pick up and move to an MLS funded club. And the pay for play argument is ridiculous. Go ask someone on that FP ECNL team what their bill was for this past season! They are paying as much if not more than any MLS Next team when all is said and done.

How many games did your club get against IM and AU? Those are definitely great opportunities. But the rest of the games are no better or slightly worse than the average ECNL match up. It is too bad we don't have a more defined pyramid, especially where the top of the pyramid is funded by development from the professional level, but we don't. Until then, it is just 2 different leagues trying to sell you on which one is better with neither having a true claim to being the best.

MLS Next:
Atlanta United (not in FL, but we play them so it counts)
Inter Miami
Orlando City (A teams)
TBU (A teams)
IMG
Weston
Kendall (FL Rush Miami)
JFC
Clearwater
FL Rush (Orlando)
SSA (Atlanta)
SSFA (Boca United)
West Florida Flames
Boys ECNL:
Orlando City (B teams)
TBU (B teams)
FL West FC (Ft. Myers for those that have never heard of them)
FESA
FL Premier
FKK
Space Coast
Miramar
Palm Beach United
Brother, it’s honestly laughable and not even close. Yes, WFF, Boca, and SSA are not very strong clubs, but they would compete well in the FL ECNL conference. All the other MLS Next FL clubs would absolutely dominate ECNL. You need to wake up and take a dose of reality!
