Most deserving to get ECNL based on quality and results:

      1. Real FC
      2. FC Copa
      3. PDA Shore
      4. STA
      5. PSA
      6. Wall
      7. SJEB
      8. CSA
      9. FA Academy

It’s a shame that clubs like Real and FC Copa get left out. They should at a minimum play GA, but really should be ECNL. Another one that is under the radar is Wall. Great teams across all age groups and can go toe to toe with PDA Shore and CSA top teams.

Agree on Wall being better than CSA or PDA Shore but they would unfortunately and unfairly never let a town club run by volunteers into ECNL.

Very impressive that Wall is on the short list for potential ecnl.

Some of the current ecnl clubs in this area need to repay their dues. Lol!

Huh. Other list seemed to have better clubs though.

About the only accurate thing on these forums.

Hopefully the Bergen location as they are the better one and they are not that close to any PDA location.

FC Copa now extended to Brooklyn and has satellite teams in Millstone. It will be interesting to see how is they can grow and compete at the younger age groups at all locations. The Millstone teams seem to be ahead of the Metuchen U12-U8 groups, but there are only 2 boys age groups in Millstone. So far I have little harmony in the "pathway to ECNL" multi-location approach. Also, Copa has purchased a USL2 franchise and is starting to build a USL Academy platform. Being selected for ECNL is a stretch unless Copa doea a 180 on USL. Stranger things have happened though.

You shouldn’t drink unmarked bottles of alcohol when making lists.

I’m a Copa supporter and I put them way ahead of CSA, PSA but cmon they are not ready for the rigors of ECNL. GA they would do well in as the competition is not quite as harsh.
