Originally posted by Unregistered View PostThey have both boys and girls team. Some National teams are exclusive to the NJ Nationals team and do play in EDP league. As they get to HS I think they turn into Full Time Nationals team. I think they just had tryouts for 07
Not sure how that works...

So a number are rostered and play in same league for 2 different clubs....
Not the same as a true tournament team....

It all depends if they are registering ALL player under NJ Nationals. Technically if all the member clubs register players under NJ Nationals then they could play for both teams. Its no different then how all the big clubs register players for all teams so they can allow for movement. PDA, STA, CSA and many more do it. All the teams at the younger age groups do it for the "pool system". You can name the specific team anything you want NJ Nationals, Summit, Berna.... It's a clever way to be able to play for your hometown team with your friends while getting a higher level of competition at the same time. Might actually help the smaller town clubs survive versus this slow walk towards just a few huge clubs...PDA, STA, MF, CSA

So NJ Nationals are directly linked or are the same club as Summit, West Morris, Chatham, and Berna ?
