Unfortunately some in this chat are right, Jonathan has no time to commit to a DOC position and he was honest about this right from the start. He’ll be overseeing DPL level coaching of different age groups but because of his commitment to FIU can’t take a team or age group full time. Still Renato remains DOC while Jonathan is taking more of an advisor position, I believe the BOD made the right decision to invest a good chunk of money and pay for his expertise even if his time with us is not what we hoped for.
Pinecrest has been in a downward spiral fir 3 years now. If bringing an advisor doesn’t work I don’t know what will.
