Not true- we’ve been connected with a a couple clubs and have experienced quite a few coaches in our time. KX is by far the best and genuinely cares about the growth of every player. Tells it like it is - treats every player the same- and makes sure the kids get the most out of him.

Doubters out there for sure- but we look forward to him training our son for many years to come.

Then you obviously never had a kid play on the same team as one of his sons. His sons get all the free kicks, PKs, etc. His goal is to make them shine, he isn’t worried about your kid-at all.

Exactly. Coaches should not be coaching their own kids on a premier team, the other parents pay too much money to deal with that. That should be left for the travel and rec levels.

Perhaps you should worry more about your player than his. Just because you wrote the check doesn’t mean that your son deserves it. Teach him to work hard, hustle, and train on his off days. KX’s do! Effort comes from the players on the field - a coach can encourage but it’s up to the player to decide how committed they are.

Frankly, your kid might be better on a town travel team where the equity (regardless of level of skill) that you are expecting might exist.

Then there's ZS who coached multiple sons at FSA and high school.

This must be OD or KX. Pathetic that anyone would defend XK, he has pushed away so many talented kids from Valley.

Looks like JC must be losing money and feels threatened. He’s going after the people that made his program relevant. NCE is a shadow of its former self.

What program did the coaches who left start?

Poster actually said people and you said program. I’m going to assume you got the same email. He is going after NCE’s co-founder and a former director, two of the best trainers he’s had. My son has not enjoyed NCE ever since they left and I hate to agree with other posters it is now a money grab.

I’m not surprised with his d-bag move but he did the same thing. He took the players from PDP and created what is an overpriced money grab program. The hypocrisy is showing.
