If TB did a better job people would stay. Lots of players start at the club, they don't always do a good job of keeping the kids. Any kid that has a chance to play at Inter Miami should go for it, but for kids to leaving TB for other local clubs is not good. Players should not be leaving to play at the tiny training clubs or Parkland, SFFA or Knights. TB should be a much better option to stay and play.
