Best advice is to talk to a few other coaches and families. His reputation will tell you a lot. All I can say is it is not a coincidence that he is coaching the 2008 girls. More nepotism coming your way.

Justin has been the 2007 ECRL Coach for Match Fit. His team is has yet to beat the 08 ECNL Team in 4+ scrimmages. Best of luck to the White ECNL Team without Ash.

I heard Ash wanted off that team because the parents are psycho! He couldn't handle those parents. Many difficult parents and only half of them belong on that team. The club put Ash in a bad spot. Roster too big, crazy parents on that team.
