This Union Coach has overstayed his welcome in coaching youth sports ⚽️. I’ve seen his animal like behavior first hand far too many times. Sure all teams, coaches and parents want to win but using foul language (by the staff and children) intentionally trying to hurt their opponents not to mention crying to the ref for calls to go there way is not who I would want my son to be around let alone learn from. EDP, SuperY, ISE, NCSA etc. all have to stand together and eliminate terrible people like the Union coach and brother from ruining youth soccer in NJ.

I played for coach Jhonny and can vouch that the above should be considered. He is a bully and teaches the boys on the team to do the same. This should not be tolerated!

These rankings and points is a joke considering Gotsoccer just started calculating for 2011 boys. Wait till you play teams of quality this season unlike last spring when you played up 9v9 in a lower flight against town teams.

When we play Union this upcoming season let coach and his sister assistant try to pull **** like this with us. And if any of your little kids try and act out of pocket against us were not going to walk away so easily. When you disrespect and teach that to kids to clap when a coach pulls his team off the field you have to in turn expect the smack next time when you play a real team.

Union has been losing their best players and getting sloppy seconds from nearby teams.

They were going to leave anyway. The success has ran dry and the real few good talented kids they have will move on to real clubs. The goalie is next to leave, and both brothers kids will go down with the ship.

CSA White only dropped 1 flight, not 2. Still strange to see them drop. Top Flight is Premier 1. It is split into Red and Blue geographically. Essentially it is the top 20 teams in the state split by location . Blue is the northernmost teams. Red is the more Central and South teams. Football Academy has 1 team in each flight, CSA should do the same. Foundation needs to be bumped out of Blue, probably Vistula and NJ Premier need to be bumped out of Red. That is a 2 and 3 flight jump for Vistula and NJ Premier teams that didn't even win their flights. CSA Bergen White needs to jump up plus add in Liverpool, and Bloomfield and RCD Espanyol if they are all still teams this year.

RCDEspanyol lost their entire starting 7 from last season.
Bloomfield is a town team and can’t field enough top kids to play 9v9.
CSA Bergen 2 is just a practice squad.

This is still preliminary flighting. This week clubs and coaches will all be contacting EDP making arguments to move up or down.

If it’s true and a video is provided then it could be a monumental backlash against Union. It would prove that a lot of what was said in this thread was true…sad to see it has to come at the expense of 10 year old kids who just want to play soccer.

I agree with this thought process, however some of these kids 10 years of age or younger are only playing at this level because of there parents pushing them. And generally those are the ones with the loud mouths, outbursts and negative actions like clapping in another kids face as they fail.

With a club like Union there is no oversight of coaches from a Director or owner. Guys like this go on a power trip and nobody puts them in check. He gets a “free pass” because he doesn’t get paid and gets to play Daddy ball with his F license. Who does he answer to? Any real club like a PSA, STA etc would have him fired after this many incidents (even if half are true).

Hopefully a club like Morris Elite and other clubs who have multiple teams in EDP and pull more weight can make enough complaints to get this clown banned.

Let’s start a petition to have this guy gone. Enough signatures and he could be banned from EDP before the season starts! Especially since he’s a threat to the children.
