They'd probably win 2/3 of the matchups over FSA. Like the poster said FSA isn't even a consistent top team in their one ECNL region. The competition in ECNL is nothing like MLS.

You're joking right? Get off your butt and look up their performance in ECNL for every age group over the last 3 years. You are thinking of the FSA girls or CFCU Boys. FSA Boys are top in the state, probably across the board at HS ages.

I did. They're not at the top in every age group and many, not all, MLS teams would beat them.

Yet someone keeps claiming FSA is best in state. They're the best in the B level.

MLS maybe, but I bet they would beat the revs most ages and the bolts. MLS next though (like OW and BS) they will beat many of them .... Many. Not all but many. Again, their HS age groups are 5-2-1 as each has only played 2 games. 2 are undefeated, 1 is 500, and one is 0-1-1 ..... Again 2 games .... Who did they play? Bums, top teams? Historically each age group has been at it top of their conference. Don't put tooich stock in record after 2 games.

Yes rankings are obviously a mess but they've played more than two games and records for some of the teams are mediocre. None are undefeated. So, yeah. That.

So should FSA take over OW’s boys MLS Next badge? Is that the question?

MLS Next is for suckers. Let MLS academies live on their own and pay for it.

They already pay for it, which is part of the reason BDA blew up. They were tired of having to follow USSF's rules and paying to train all these kids who won't ever make a nickel for them (it's a business). It's only a matter of time before they splinter off completely and do their own thing. Along with that will be dropping many kids off their rosters and focusing only the most talented. Whether or not MLS next joins ECNL or does their own thing remains to be seen, but we certainly don't need yet another national league either

Surprising 4-1 win for FSA 2008 Girls ECNL National versus PDA White this past weekend. Team improved? New girls come in? Or a fluke?

FSA 2008 best 2008 team in the state.

FSA 08 regional is a joke, and its not for the lack of talent. These players at this age need knowledge and development which they are not getting.Watch a practice and you'd understand. Zero intensity!!!

I dont know why they gave that regional group to that coach. He has zero experience and shows little to no passion about the game. They had better options than this guy.
