Yup! Kids are playing soccer in college because they want to go to a school to make it the NCAA tournament. Got it! Makes perfect sense now. 🙄🤣

If you had gone to college you would understand. Players that know how college works want to go to a school to win their Conference and qualify for the NCAA tournament and have a chance to win it all. Then after 4-5 seasons they gracefully hang up their cleats and go onto a lucrative career outside of soccer.

They don't want to be that youth soccer coach that is driving a blue car with a red door and smoking w**d before the U14 training session.

If winning a national championship is the thread creators measure of success for participating in certain leagues then there are A LOT of unsuccessful teams out there. About 99% I'd say. Dumb post.

So MLS Florida teams brought home three national titles in different age groups along with one final being an all florida championship. ECNL brought home two championships to Florida, so I would say Florida did alright.

We are the only state that didn’t completely shutdown, and kids kept playing and training. Next year will be the real judge.

Agree Florida did well, but curious what teams you’re thinking of. Weston and OC MLS won titles, that’s two not three. And what ECNL teams won a National title, the boys ECNL nationals haven’t happened yet and TBU and JFC girls lost in the semis?

Is there an actual National Title to be won? You win a MLS title that’s an achievement but is it really a national title? Did you defeat the very best in the Nation.? Did you beat the Best from Other quality Leagues? No. When you win the ECNL league are you better than the GAL league champions?
