    PDA. Shameful

Why is okay for a head coach to
Privately train his players and get paid extra money?
Is that a conflict of interest?

2006 as well as 2007 girls. It’s a Goddamn disgrace, if you ask me.

It’s a dishonest business. Word has no meaning. Unfortunately youth soccer
players get to see this very dark side of the soccer industry.

2009 Girls Coach has it down to a science, he refills his rosters with girls every six months just to keep the cash coming in. Most of the parents look the other way and pay for the 3rd session even if they don’t attend just to stay in good graces. Easiest way to find the bench is by not paying to train.

Hard to believe PDA allows that. Most clubs do not, and for very good reason.

It is absolutely a conflict of interest.

Or the reason for riding the bench is because your child isn’t really as good as you think. It’s one or the other.

Yes but in order to absolutely pin it down as “not good enough” you must get rid of any conflict of interest. Otherwise motives will always be questioned-and let’s face it this country's foundation was built on self interest. No reason not to think that a coaches choices also include monetary self interest.

Meritocracy is overrated. Long live special interest.

A well run club should never allow coaches to train anyone from their rosters; at most they can train players not on their own teams. Coaches need to make a living and just coaching teams isn't enough in this high cost state.

Coaches should never offer private training to their own players.

That is a clear conflict of interest and leads to biased decision making.

I would be shocked if PDA allows this.

PDA does it and so do other places. Pay to play is alive and well. Watch what happens to your kid at MF if you don’t join DB and JR’s sham technical training that costs extra and is worthless

Is MO aware of the side hustle of his coaches?
