This age bracket is turning upside down. Westside had there core team at tryout, but most are accepting positions at other clubs. Speculate at least 6 starters and goalies gone. FC Portland had 85 kids tryout and will have 3 teams. ADF tryouts were empty. United was full with visions of ECNL. Will have 4 teams. OPFC will pickup some Eastside as that team is crumbling.

Not sure. I’m an 07 parent so I saw the numbers for both at the same time. It was packed

Clash will be first test…expect a few of the clubs to head North to Crossfire in July. Due to Regionals, top teams not at Clash. Probably MtHood will be only tournament with a full cast of teams before the high school break.

Not many clubs showing up for Clash this year. FC is putting in THREE teams...damn a lot of kids. The rumors of 4 teams in season must be true. PCU also put in a healthy THREE teams, but they sandbagged and put only one in the top bracket. NW Elite put in 2 teams, but they are both Div 2 teams. Not sure what we will learn about this age from this tourney. PCU and FC will be watered down to get as many players playing.
