Yep. He is horrible leader and as long as he is there, Ukies are done. Besides, most of the top players on these younger teams will leave for more competitive clubs when they get older, like always.

Agree 100% almost too late for 2006 team who is filled with a bunch of “my kid is the best” parents and think it is ok to be “right where we should be” while getting crushed by teams
