He will not reach out to players - does things by the book.
The negatives you are hearing about him are from people that decided to leave.
Would he find it easier to only have 2 teams? Yes. But he is making it work, and work well
Not true even when he had 2 teams would combine both teams, he would also have parents reach out kids on other teams or their parents. he is not good getting back to the girls or parents for that matter the "optional" practices are not really that - if you don't go you get less time. People decide to leave clubs for many reasons

So not true. Stop making stuff up. Maybe your daughter needs the optional practice. But he is definitely not cutting playing time if you don't go.

Tim Keddie is a really good coach. Learned from the great Eddie Leigh. Do you remember when FC Bucks was a top 10 girls club in the country? That was when Tim was coaching multiple "top" teams and going to nationals. His playing experience alone qualifies him for a "C" license. Tge "A" and "B" licences are for those who aspire to run clubs or college teams. Trust me Tim is more than qualified. You just better hope your daughter (and you) are prepared. He will not sugar coat anything.

As for our GA record. We knew going in that we were going to be overmatched in every game. The experience was still great and my kid is better off for having played in GA and Tim.

Playing experience does not equal any coaching license. You have to earn coaching licences by attending courses. But nice try

Have three (3) or more years of coaching experience (any level)
Application for a waiver of the U.S. Soccer C license may be considered based on previous playing experience or foreign licensure. Please contact us via email at coaches@ussoccer.org for assistance."

Wow, so playing experience alone makes one the equivalent of a proper C licensed coach? Hmm, so a D1 GK (25 years ago) with professional playing experience in a lower tiered USL (a glorified summer league made up of local college kids, probably making $50 per game) gets you C license status...

Better than a 22 year old walking out of Ohio St into a C license w/out ever accomplishing anything.

agreed, but don't think that is a possibility. Need 2 years of senior national team experience, or 2 years experience playing on a FIFA recognized 1st division professional outdoor league in order to go directly to C course, without the doing any of the preceding courses.

combined in the winter when space is limited. How many other teams can say that they practiced 3 times a week in the winter? Also not true, optional practices do not affect playing time. But you get better and get more time if you go

coaching qualification is not a direct reflection of coaching ability. Period. My daughter had an A licensed coach who was disappointing, and a C licensed coach who was great.

Quantity does not equal quality. Combined practices w younger teams, 30+ players with one coach/trainer. It’s ridiculous. And it is also completely true that not attending ‘optional’ practices will affect your playing time. If he doesn’t like a player, for whatever reason, he takes it out on the kid and it will hurt their playing time. Disagree all you want, but this is our experience. And if you look at their record, it’s horrible. So obviously, all of JN training isn’t doing anything.

A D3 goalkeeper who toiled around the college game only to become HC at national powerhouse Del Val.

It’s kind of funny reading all of these threads started by people/clubs/teams threatened by the Ukies. The mere fact people are taking their time to write on an anonymous message board shows Ukies is in the conversation- no such thing as bad publicity. The GA gives Ukies players a platform for national exposure and that threatens the ECNL clubs because they don’t have a monopoly on exposure anymore. May 21 is the GA mid Atlantic talent ID day - with YNT scouts in attendance it will be a pretty cool experience for those kids selected .

The Ukies have now become an option for kids and that scares the clubs who previously were the only option, facts are Ukies has attracted a number of bucks and delco players. So bash Ukies all you want all you are doing is proving just how relevant they are becoming! Thanks!
