The “Star” player left today...NEFC is NOT happy.....but ECNL is promising “full platform” and “ultimate pathway” What to do!!! Scramble scramble....

Wait...isn’t every GAL player better than any current ECNL player? Why YES, of course!!! And all these ECNL coaches have played right into their trap. Go figure. Maybe you ECNL coaches should believe in the brand you’re selling instead of riding off the tails of the DA. Ultimately, who can respect that? Haven’t you learned they are all just labels? Yet, even experienced coaches and club owners are falling for it. They got you good.

Gotta respect NEFC for that...they’ll never get back into the ECNL yet the ECNL clubs want all their players.....sums it up right there.

Great player but not the best and yes stars after the nefc girls which should tell you who is doing a better job of training girls. They have two ecnl teams but are working nefc girls to come over? Think about that

That’s my point! Doesn’t matter if the GAL NEFC player was a starter, a sub, number 5 or number 14 on the roster. The ECNL clubs are so wrapped up in this “competition” to prove who has the “better pathway” that both leagues are losing perspective. It’s now become all about “wins” and which club can recruit the “star “ players. Does anyone even know at this point who the star players are? These girls are 13 years old and going through puberty. Everything will change in the coming years and the “star” players will change. Stop and think about the effect this message has. Which club is really in it for the right reasons these days? Any?

NEFC has been fading since 2016. Yes they still develop u little talent only to get raided by ECNL. The world isn’t fair but keep developing young soccer talent so they can come to Stars. Thank you very much NEFC. Once 1 leaves..... they all will leave.

On the bright side, in GA you don’t need to be that strong to win. Afterall you guys only play the likes of Empire United, oakwood, seacost Nysc and select. Hardly murderers row!

Maybe the player will be in a better situation, and upgrading Stars with some NEFC talent will do them good. Could be a win-win for everyone involved that matters.

GA dad’s listen up. Why are you constantly complaining about girls moving to ECNL? I don’t get it. So a girl who starts at NEFC has to stay at NEFC because??? Even though GA is a far inferior league. Why does it matter if a NEFC girl wants a better challenge than playing an empire United 4x a year? Holy moly what has GA become? A feeder league for ECNL?

Yes so if true why is everyone so impressed with these players that can score 5 goals against Empire and Oakwood- you just said it yourself - I’m assuming you’re an ECNL “guy”. what does weak competition say about the players? Yet, you still believe they are better than your own product.

I don't really see the problem. Keep your kid at NEFC until they're no longer challenged in GA and then come and take an ECNL player out of the roster. Or stay and continue to stay unbeaten vs. ECNL teams despite being clearly inferior in every way. The entire narrative makes perfect sense.

No they won't. How dare you! There is a new rule in GA that clearly states that once a GA player....always a GA player. GA parents do not want any GA players to ever, ever, ever leave. Once you begin GA in U-13 the player MUST stay in GA until the graduate high school. All I've heard from GA parents the last 2 weeks is constant complaining that girls are flying over to ECNL! If your daughter is U-13 or older they are now stuck at GA/PA/FA/AA or whatever the league changes to each year. Good luck with that!

you know what's funny. At this rate of defections stars White will actually be better than NEFC hands down in no time. I'm definitely wondering myself if NEFC dad's daughter was one of the girls to jump to ECNL? Maybe his new name is stars white dadx2 or stars blue dadx2.
