EB & Scorpions - Do you want a club and club leader like this with your daughter?

    https://www.frontrowsoccer.com/2021/...emale-referee/

The women’s game and coaches need reforming. Horrendous incident regarding a scorpions Director.

How do we expect the women’s game to move forward with Azzhats like this.

    Disgusting.

That is a ridiculous statement on its face...

The MLsNext League ia for boys...

Why are OVER 70% of all HS Soccer Academy Schools for Boys?

Just compare the MLS attendance to whatever the Girls Pro League is now- NWCSl??
It will fold in a couple years like the previous womens attempt at pro soccer - you know why?
Besides parents of girls who play soccer, NOONE else cares to watch
Girls soccer is a slow game and has very minimal physicality. Thus, no revenue will come in from advertising- in fact, gate sales (the major revenue producers at USL Championship league FAR outpaces this NWCSL league.

Your premise is truly a joke- Girls/Womans soccer has always been and will always be 2nd tier to mens/Boys soccer- here in the USA and Internationally.

It's okay, Girls soccer Parents- enjoy her cute little leageus like DA, HA, GA, BA, Za, QA and whatever other little leagues they can go to- EDP, ECNL and whatever Alphabet Soup League you can find to justify paying money for your daughtwr to plays Girls soccer.

    Future aspirations to play Internationally?
An Actual, Viable option for US trained Football players heading to Europe and other Internatioal Foootball Leagues- and the percentage now of US MEN playing soccer abroad is up OVER 40%

And the SO CALLED TOP TIER Woman?? I have to STOP laughing here...
Lol lol. The SO CALLED TOP TIER Woman playing internationally had moved UP to 3-4% !!!

    LOL LOL LOL. 3-4%!!!!

What a JOKE.... Girl's Soccer over Boy's Soccer...

It's Okay Girls Soccer Parents... It is REALLY okay- Just take a Deep Breath and let it go

Girls socer is beyond Low Tier- it is a Sad Little Joke and a Massive Waste of time that your Daughter and her parents should be investing in a real girls sport- maybe Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Swimming, Tennis, even Field Hockey

Just NOT Soccer, Please Dear God, it is So Bad, So Slow, So unimaginative, So Dull

    So, So, So Dull....

    Anyways, Have a Great Day....

A coach said “I don’t need offsides explained to me sweetie.” in a flippant manner to a female referee and someone felt the need to write an article about it?

      Laughable.

Opposing coach who was so “outraged” herself got a red card whilst abusing a ref during a game the week prior.

Jul 3. Full-time in New Jersey sees @NJCopaFC take our @UWSSoccer game 3-2 and a RED CARD for coach Kim Wyant. Let's just say that late equalizer inspired some strong differences of opinion…

The hypocrisy aside, I’d sue her and the author of the article. Accusing someone of misogyny & sexism (in a printed article!) and exaggerating (comments plural) when the word “sweetheart” was used once is slander. Pretty straight forward.

You are right about the sport. Men's sports commonly outdraw women's. I don't expect Women's soccer to break through anytime soon. Girls soccer parents care about college admissions.

None of your stats refute the fact that boys soccer in the US is riddled with lower tier athletes that can't make the Basketball, Football, Hockey, and even Lacrosse teams. At best it's second-tier. Most HS Girls that play soccer only show up to the boys games because their coach makes them. Their willingly to to their boyfriends games along with everyone else to watch them play real sports. Face it, your son sits at the goofy lunch table

Laughable that anyone thinks a flippant word is some kind of abhorrent misogynistic behavior. No doubt this was posted by a competitor trying to make him and the club look bad. If he has a documented history of treating women or girls badly (not anonymous Talking Soccer claims)? Ok. But this is not proof of anything

If this were a male ref and the word ‘sweat heart’ was replaced with ‘buddy’ or ‘chief’ or ‘champ’ - it would have the same meaning/intention but without all this extra intention. The attention is the true double standard here, and is the sexist part of this story. The way of the world today is to look for offenders and victims and find them even when they are not there. Freedom of the press is great and necessary but we can stop this madness by applying some common sense to the things we read. Let’s do so.

Most abusive towards referees coach I have ever seen is the girl power queen herself.

Funny thing is whoever posted this thread is 100% guaranteed to have said (definitely thought) misogynistic things about women in their past, probably even recently. If the coach had been female would the outrage be the same? Because women use it too.
