Sorry you can’t dribble a ball. How many passes has England put together?

Gotta say, South American soccer is more exciting. Maybe not as technical, but quicker and faster paced. And by technical, I really mean at the team level. Its more tactical. You can pretty much see the shape of each team as they play. Which makes it boring if its not fast.

South American soccer is more free and loose. People will then make the correlation to quality, as you did. But it turns out more exciting. But that's just my opinion.

England is a bore to watch. I may as well take a nap during their games. Other countries are not that far behind. Countries like France, Portugal, Spain are going to be exciting because they are loaded with talent. But get below the top 5 teams and its very robotic (tactically sound) and slow.

There are only 3 good South American teams. the rest are ****e. But the style overall is fast.

You mean fast because they cannot string together more than 3 passes and there's a turnover every 30 seconds? And that somehow makes it more exciting for you? Perhaps you should watch hockey instead. If you understand soccer then it's the most fun to watch European teams play BECAUSE they are so tactical and work as a team. Soccer is not an individual sport, it is not about the superstars they have on the team but all the players and how they work together and how they all work in their positions. I guess you have not seen the Sweden - Poland game or the Hungary - Germany game if you think that teams below the top 5 are boring to watch. Soccer is a European sport and always will be. Nothing is better than in the soccer world than the Euro Cup. All the talent and the best teams concentrated in one tournament. Don't misunderstand me, the World Cup is fun but it is watered down.

Remember how "free and loose" Brazil's defense was when boring Germany hung 7 goals on them. In their home stadium mind you.

Boring!! England invented it and South America perfected it. Look at the premier league , the best teams have South American players for a reason. Also, watch Argentina, losing the ball is a crime down there. So, please go back to the history books my friend. Ask the Spanish who taught them how to play. A bet you can’t dribble around a cone. Btw way Hockey/soccer is what they play in Scotland and that’s because their pitches suck. If you enjoy England play in these Euros, keep it up, you won’t win **** anytime soon. Tactics don’t win games, Greta technical player do!

When the World Cup kicks off in 2022 it will be 20 YEARS since a South American team won the World Cup. I believe that ends this conversation.

Euro cup not watered down??? Macedonia, Scotland.....even bland England. About as bland as their food.

What countries have the most exported players playing in Europe? Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay. How many English players you see playing outside of England?? Nowhere near as many. European leagues look to south America for the talented and gifted players. Soccer is not a European only sport. That is just ignorant to say. That's where you lose credibility.

Have you been to a stadium in Argentina or Brazil to watch a game? Makes the silly chants of England sound like nursery rhymes. Soccer is religion in most of South America - as it is in Europe. That's why its a world sport.

If I was you I'd be more concerned with Covid in South America. Your doing well spreading that.

Silly analogy. Brazil has the most. Argentina has 2. Uruguay has 2. Only Germany and Italy have more.
And of course you have to look at the number of countries in each region. If we break down that percentage, you lose that argument all day.
Euro had 13 teams in the last WC. South America only had 5. Of course the odds favor Europe. Euro has won 12 World Cups. S.A. has won 9. I'd say South America has been proportionally MUCH more successful.
But I don't say that to say S.A. is better then Euro. Or vice versa. Its a word sport.

BTW, England hasn't won one in 50+ years. And it was lucky at that. They have never been close since then (even though they "invented" the sport). They can take all that Coming Home crap to bed. LOLOLOL
The only other team to sneak a win besides the ones I already mentioned above was Spain. And that's because they had a ridiculously golden mega squad. That group of players was sick. Literally once in a lifetime, because they won't win it again for a loooong while.
