They should be. No club really offers gola keeper training. They always have to go get private outside training

Some clubs will comp or discount a stud GK especially if they don't have anyone else. If they have 2 per team then usually not.
Some clubs do put an effort into training GKs, many others do not. If it's a team that's already practicing 3 days a week usually the GK will do two sessions with the team and two with a GK trainer.

I've always felt that the team should pick up the costs of the outside trainer that most goalkeepers use if, and only if, the club does not offer goal-keeper specific training in-house.
