SU lost a handful of great coaches in the past few years and replaced them with some college grad or some average coaches, what is your take on that? I am thinking about switch my DD to SU for easier commute.. no need to name call or anything, just want to hear opinions. Thanks!

Su have 2 female ecnl coaches and a full time female trainer for the teams.
Crossfire have 2.
Wpfc have 1.
Efc have zero.

Seattle United has been declining for awhile. Losing players to XF and PAC like crazy. I wouldn’t send my DD/DS there.Comment

Leaving aside coach and training quality: Not sure which level/team your child is playing, but I found SU to be logistically challenging, especially when kids were younger. Because they don't have a home field for training, practices were all over the place and sometimes locations were changed a few hours before practice, which really screws things up if you are planning around other kids activities or say, your job that pays the fees. I would find out if that situation has improved from current parents. With XF, PAC or Eastside you have a more training schedule and you're generally going to the same location at the same time, which makes it easier to plan. If you only have one kid and a flex schedule personally, it might be ok from a logistical point of viewComment

Does SU really have no control over the field choices? Or do they not realize how big of a deal it is? I am surprised that this is the number 1 complaint I heard about the club, yet it still is a problem that exists.
