My D is on white tried out for blue and we were told we would be hear last week. Anyone on this team hear anything?

Read between the lines.
If the blue team wants you, they call you immediately. If you’re going to “fill out the roster” at the position 18 - stay on White, and do side training. Or move to a club with better development and come back to blue next year.Comment

If your kid isn’t top 5 they can & will be replaced.
It costs a lot tuition + required donations + annual uniform changes.
