If true, yes it will impact soccer. But I highly doubt a move to phase 2 will occur. I don't think the public at this point would stomach it.
But then again the public put up with over a year of restrictions.

phase 2 doesn't affect games it just eliminates spectators. I think inslee knows by now that killing youth sports is really bad for his numbersComment
