EPD vs WPL id2 both = Olympic Development Program?

My daughter is U10 and as I navigate the upcoming process for odp it seems just as confusing then club soccer these days. Back when I played districts odp tryout then state odp tryout. So when I search the state has EPD as the only odp affiliate. When I check the player pool for WPL id2 at the bottom is Olympic Development Program. Wp which is it, or both are odp pathways?

EPD is WAYS and USYS

id2 is USClub program. USClub is the sanctioning body behind the NPL and ECNL.

Locally, EPD is horribly run.
