Rikki has coached my son, my son also trains with EJ and is going to Spain with EJ. Our family love both coaches equally but my personal impression is that maybe Rikki or his folks thinks EJ is to blame for Rikki loosing his team. Another observation is that a lot of the things said here must be by people that are in the know, which is rather unfortunate. And for these set of folks, I ask, which of Rikki’s teams did EJ take? If there is a blame, I think it should be on the management of XF and not EJ.

If you pay EJ cash for "personal " training each week then pay him extra so he gets a free trip to Spain, your expectation is that your son will be starting for him or his associates every week. I understand I do the same thing as a parent but with a different coach. What good is money if you can't get your kids the best opportunities. Sanyang has enough teams. Bernie should replace Rikki with Kante. Kante is doing great with B12 ECNL2. His training has been excellent and the few players he developed are better than many ECNL1 players.

Sounds like your son sucks and you are finding excuses why he is on the bench. Not all starters for EJ teams go to his camp or trainings. Should look at what your son lacks before making false accusations.
