Worst player on the 1st team you mean?

If you took the 10 kids that 09 XF boys team has added to their roster of 24 kids, and instead added the top 4 players from XF2, they would be better than they are today.

no doubt in my mind. I see these kids every day.

Maybe true but that's not the way it works over here. They prefer to take players from the surrounding ecnl teams as it weekens those teams and they are betting most of the xf 2 won't leave and they are probably right. It's actually a smart business model.

Hypothetical-- if the xf2 kids are that good why don't they switch to EFC ECNL and take the roster spots of the lads who bolted for Xfire Academy? Would they not make it?

While it is accepted we will loose most every game, we give the other teams a good run and are rarely blown out. My son gets a fair amount of playing time. However the parents of the bottom 8 live in terror that their son will get demoted to ECNLR in May.
If that's your reason, it's clear who you describe without noticing who it actually is. Everyone at the club with an XF2 player in that age group knows which C team has a -22 GD after two games. We don't have anyone else on the team who is content just to avoid being on the C team. This includes those who were moved from the A team to make room for new recruits and the ambitious players who have been on the team for years without a fair chance to move up. Currently, your son is on a path that might lead him back to the C team after only one season. If you believe he is getting a fair amount of game time and is not in the bottom third, you might want to reconsider.

Stop taking about us. Go get your own life. One of our players ( clearly below average) just left. We are now working hard and maintaining positive environment. Those parents always complain everything, will create drama no matter where they go.

Those parents have no shame. Buying their kids playing time. Disgusting behavior. If this favoritism does not stop we should take it to top management.

Show the coach the $$$$. Camps/private lessons just like they do. $15/hr … He needs to eat. Have some compassion.
