Quick question- if a club has both and ECNL team as well as one playing in a USYS sanctioned league/ team are players prohibited from playing on both teams? For goal keepers it makes sense that a club may move them around some.. But are there strict rules in these cases? Thanks!

Need to have player cards for each- but don't believe anything else prohibits it . Personally think it's shady.

It does happen. But typically what you’ll see is players playing up to the higher league. Not down. Not even GKs.
In my club DPL players would play up to GAL but never the other way.
