          Very likely that they can’t. Agreements with 501c3s in Washington are legally binding on both sides. I guarantee there’s no morality clause in the sponsorship agreement that allows ZipFizz to pull out of the title sponsorship just because Bernie is a little rapey.

                  Contracts are contracts, regardless of the non-profit status of the participants--i.e. it doesn't matter if XF is a 501(c)3. Generally, endorsement contracts contain language allowing either party to terminate the agreement should the other become a liability. Know nothing about any specific agreements with XF.

                            Right. Because if I had a daughter and was aware of the alleged things going on at XF, specifically to females, I would certainly want to continue sponsoring them. Double face palm....
