Second tier? At best 3rd tier at this point. Basically the same as any other revenue generating tournament now.

No ECNL, No MLS Next, No GAL, No EAL. Which clubs actually put their top teams in RCL and State Cup anymore because it’s not many. Too many leagues, too many so called championships.
