He may be one of the stranger cats around, with a voice that sounds exactly like Saul Goodman coupled with the bedside manner of House MD, and is unorthodox as hell (often running the 4-2-2-2 and spending entire practices teaching ridiculous trick plays on free kicks)... but Cony still is a helluva coach. Gotta give him that.

Probably not, and that’s fine. Other players and teams are working hard to improve while Brandon is sitting on sideline collecting checks from his recruiting efforts

It’s not a short game but a long one

UPDX 07's are dominant. Undefeated in the PRO regionals this weekend and did so with ease. Congrats to Oregon for finally putting together a team that can compete against top clubs in the country.

Oregon has had many Clubs & Teams that could and did compete against what were the actual best clubs & teams in the country In the Pre-USDA Academy, MLS Next & boys ECNL time period..

Today competing vs the USYS top teams is similar to competing in the NIT college basketball post season, maybe even a tier lower. The MLS Next is the top tier, followed by the ECNL boys.

Oregon's also ran clubs of yesteryear did just fine vs the 3rd tier of the old USYS regionally & nationally-- doubting they swept any of these lower level teams in the past at the 2nd and 3rd flights of regional/national tourneys. Maybe they did, in the end nobody cares or cared when our B tams rocked it in the bronze level of Surf Cup back in the pre DA days...

Please use caution when posting nonsensical claims about competing nationally. Or continue your creative narrative for consumption by the clueless readers.

Simmer down , they won or tied, that’s true but those weren’t the top teams . they are 3rd and 4th string teams in their home regions (they all have MLS next and ecnl teams above them )

and I’m surprised you have time to post here instead of just resharing everything in an circle jerk on instagram so I’m glad you are good with time management.

Always taking about the past..... Always pointing out better times of yesteryears.

ECNL is not available in many markets. Oregon being one. MLS Next isn't a thing in many places either but you know that.

UPDX is the best we have in Oregon and that is something to celebrate.

currently Best in a farmers league and best after the academy teams in OR

I can tell you don’t understand how youth soccer works but that’s what BM likes to prey on so it makes sense

And putting together a team with terrible character (A & B) who may just grow up to be criminals.

Pdx black, does it again that’s pretty easy to guess.

2-4 is probably up for debate though and probably depends on how much Brandon manipulates blue with black players to get them both to win.

Lol! This is so true! I’ve heard from so many parents that the players and the parents are so toxic. And I’ve seen the way some of the UPDX players play. Who is teaching these boys at UPDX to shove other players down from behind? These players swear at the referees and laugh about it afterwards.
