Don't know. I could see MS, Sherwood, WS and even Jesuit dropping (or draw) a game. Hard homework weeks, social issues (boyfriends), illness, etc...everyone has a bad game once in a while, it just depends on if that bad game matches up against a good team or the opponent's best game.

Metro league looks pretty tough. Teams like Sunset and Beaverton could jump up and bite MS and/or Jesuit. Bend could be that team for WS.

Pacific league looks weak, but who knows?

Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, juul overdose, suspensions for fighting, random trips overseas for no good reason. Bad attitudes and in fighting are all perfectly good reasons team could lose unexpectedly.

Mountainside had none of these issues. Sometimes you just get into a rut. Who really knows what issues teen girls are dealing with day to day.

You have to run with what you have on any particular day and that includes outside issues.

Some days you just don't play well and that is ok.

Having the best rec coach is a blessing, wins & losses are not as important as equal playing time and having fun. Luckily there are hundreds JV and JV2 coaches waiting for the day when the get annointed as a Varsity's best, in the circle of life.

Looks like MS Coach isn't making some necessary changes. For Coach of the year(overrated) Not the same team as last year- watching them play last night -and hopefully he realizes his weakness. Last two games has shown. And last night against Lincoln HE lost the game again for his team.

Coaching for 2 months recreational hs girls, really attracts the best coaches. (Ha Ha)

Most hs coaches are soccer enthusiasts who work at school. (True Trrue)
