Remember the "if I had a son, he would look like Treyvon."? Where was the "if I had a son, he would look like the shooter who assassinated a bunch of Dallas police officers"? We are in kind of scary times - racially charged, 4 police officers shot over the weekend, reported hate crimes way up since the election, protests . . . .get that folks like to troll each other on here, but the dynamics around this election are more serious than the usual discussions on here.

Is it possible to keep the trolling to youth soccer and let the political discussions go on somewhere else?

I bet at times you have been known to post something that is in line with the discussion and even pertinent. Unfortunately, you missed on both marks with the above rant. Less than a tenth of a percent of the people who are protesting are the ones being jackasses causing vandalism. And only a handful of violent crimes have occurred. The other 99.999 percent of the population does not agree with or condone the acts of this very very small minority of idiots. For you to say that all the protesters are vandalizing and beating people is quite ridiculous it's no different than me saying everybody on the right are racist KKK members. There are plenty of well-balanced educated Republicans who do not condone racism and or bigotry
