Still awaiting the score from OPFC vs PacNW (game should be over but score is not yet posted). OPFC is through with at least a tie, and could even advance with a loss so long as they don't get clobbered too badly.

WashT game started at 10:00. Would take a miracle for Washington Timbers to advance.
    PacNw 5 - OPfC 2

    PacNW is very good.

It’s a game of goal differential now

That would give OPFC an adjusted goal differential of +4.

Better than the second place team in Group C.

If WPFC beats WashT by four or more goals, WPFC will be the wild card. If WPFC wins by three, or WashT wins by four or more, then the winner of that will tie with OPFC on goal differential, and I don't know what the second tiebreaker is.

If WPFC wins by two or less, or WashT wins by 3 or less, or it's a tie, then OPFC is through.

That said, SU being ousted from Group C is a fairly major upset.

Official posted score is PacNW 4, OPFC 2.

In that case, WashT cannot advance; and OPFC is through to semis unless WPFC beats WashT by four or more, in which case it goes to the next tiebreaker.

            WashT 3, wpfc 3.

OPFC gets a rematch with PacNW in one semi.

ADF vs Crossfire Premier in the other.

Way to go Oregon teams, kinda exposing a certain team we all have had shoved down our throats as superior.....

Too bad. We wanted OPFC, so we could humble their pathetic asses.
Doubtful they will make it to the finals, but would be nice to ha e an all Oregon final. Sadly, they lack the courage and the talent to overcome PacNW. Welcome to Thunderdome Biatches.

It would certainly be awesome if the champion of Crossfire Challenge happened to be the runner-up of Clash. Even if it were the F Bombs.

(Sadly, PacNW is almost certainly better than any Oregon team; though I can see ADF knocking off Crossfire).

                      Of course it would.

The tiers of Pacific Northwest 05 soccer (DA teams only) last fall were:

                      1) PacNW and Seattle United.
                      2) Crossfire Premier, WPFC, Timbers Academy, OPFC, Westside, and WashT with GS
                      3) Eastside FC, WashT without GS, FC Portland, CFC.
                      4) UPDX, Snohomish, Rush.

ADF is probably in the second tier, along with Eugene Timbers; the rest of OYSA Premier is in the third tier at best, as is all of RCL and PSPL. Boise Timbers are probably high third tier.

I can't emphasize how much of an upset it was for SU to lose this morning. Unless they lost a lot of kids to the Sounders, or had half their team on vacation, that's a shocker.

Really? Again A bit over your skis ADF. Better watch what you say because rumor has it you may be the one getting pacnw tomorrow am....

Are they thinking of swapping the semifinals to avoid an OPFC/PacNW rematch? As of now, the posted schedule does NOT reflect such a change; it is still OPFC vs Pac and Crossfire vs ADF.

At any rate, some humility is probably due from both surviving Oregon entries. Neither of you has beaten anyone who isn't a minnow (WashT, in the group of death, at least managed a draw against Washington Premier). Both of you backed into the semifinals like a tow truck--OPFC as a wildcard coming from the group of life (where they were paired with the two weakest teams and able to run up the score and advance on goal differential), and ADF being the beneficiary of a major upset. Smart money says it will be a Crossfire vs PacNW final, regardless of which Oregon team gets which Washington one.

But to be honest, both of you are playing with house money; and have repped Oregon well, even if both ADF and OPFC get to leave early and avoid the Seattle rush hour traffic.

Not from opfc but I am pretty sure I have not seen a post from their parents being arrogant, It’s been ADF spouting off. I watched both play this weekend and opfc is the better team and and ADF should be careful with what they are asking for. PacNw is the best team at this tourney and was the best Seattle area da team last year as well. I am proud of both the teams repping Oregon and hope they both win but whoever gets pacnw I feel will get beat. As for TA- TALKING SHOULD CEASE AT THIS POINT. Two club teams have come to Seattle and played the same teams you did and have gotten results.
